Planned order is created instead of PR for spare part?

Hi MM Guru,

I know it is many disussions on this but I can not find any pertinent one for my fix.

1.Procurement type is F

2. MRP group in MRP1 works fine for other spare parts to generate PR.

3.MRP Run job:

Please kindly help find what else we need to investigate for this issue.
