In the validation transform select custom condition, then code it using ifthenelse(QPMZ-KATAB2 = 'X',lookup function with both fields against QPAM fields with output as KATALOGART , again lookup function with both fields against QPGR fields with output as KATALOGART) is not null

This way you can do the required validation.
