I'm afraid this is not possible, there is no version management on BEx queries (like there is for ABAP reports). Only if you have the older version active in one of your systems you can reactivate this in anothere sytem via a transport of copies (for example, you changed it already in BW Dev, but still have an older version in BW Prod, you could do a transport of copies to get the productive version back to Dev)
