Yes, It is a simple thing. First make a note that you can not print a MASTER PAGE unless it's not assigned to a BODY PAGE, so you must have two MASTER PAGE and two BODY PAGE. You can make blank body page also. But for better practice use MASTER PAGE for header and footer only.

Place: Select your COVER page
Overflow: None
Page 2 Object Properties
Place: Select your FORM DETAIL page
Overflow: Select your FORM DETAIL page
