Do you receive any errors when doing so?

I do not see any errors. for an empty report,  I let it stay on the loading page for 5 mins before I finally gave up.

Also, 14.1 is CR 2013 not CR 2011.

I see 'SAP Crytal Server 2011 SP4' in my installed programs list in control panel.

Have you tried upgrading CR Designer 2011 to the same patch as the Server and then saving it to the repository (not uploading from CMC)?

I also see 'Crystal Report 2011 SP4' and 'Crystal Report 2011 SP12 udpdate' in my installed programs list. What i need is an update to Crystal Server?
