Hello Team,
I hope the Ticket finds his way and I hope somebody in the SCN forum can help me.
Since the SAP Support Portal has changed into the SAP Support Launchpad, I hav no Access to the system anymore.
I attached you a Screenshot with the message I get when I try to acces the URL:
https://launchpad.support.sap.com
I tried the login with my Mail or with the S User, I get the message with both credetials.
I also tried everything which is written in the error message, I also tried different Browsers.
I post the message here, because I am also not able to create support Tickets...
My manager has also no clue why I get this message.
Maybe some of the SAP guys can forward this post to someone who can help me here.
