I'm working during 8:00 to 17:00 UTC+8.
You do not need to turn on ATP time series if you do not want to use it -- normally from support point of view we do not advise customer to change customizing setting, We only explain system behavior based on current settings.
BTW, I've taken over the incident from my colleague, and pulled it to SAP again.
